Do we actually have a word for "Legendarium"? I would propose nyariesta, from nyarië. Also, I would propose using the ending -mo to name a citizen or inhabitand of a land. --Iron gollum 22:30, May 20, 2012 (UTC)

cilm- to choose (from cilmë - choosing)

  • My variant - cilma- Telumendil 05:33, May 21, 2012 (UTC)
    • Are you sure? Because if we assume that cilmë was constructed from a verbal stem, than it has to be a basic verb, because the ending is only used with those. Otherwise it would have been cilmalë. --Iron gollum 20:47, May 21, 2012 (UTC)
      • henta- > #hentie (from parmahentie) Telumendil 07:34, May 22, 2012 (UTC)
        • It's still #hentië, not **hentë. It's not that I don't like your term, but how can you derive it using existing rules and endings? --Iron gollum 11:47, May 22, 2012 (UTC)
          • Oh, sorry. My mistake. Of course lanta- > lante. Telumendil 17:16, May 22, 2012 (UTC)
            • Also, I'd like to add that all known strong verbs have only one last consonant (or a palatalised one), and *cilm-, as it seems, will be the first exception of "rule". Fayanzar 20:00, May 22, 2012 (UTC)

I think the verb "to choose" has already been decided as cil- in this wiki? I used it in the Heru i Million article. Also, it makes sense cos "-më" would seem to be the ending to denote abstract nouns, like in "melmë". Last Waterbender 18:00, May 25, 2012 (UTC)
That's true. And it's also in the Neo-Quenya Wiki:List of neologisms. I should have looked it up. --Iron gollum 23:13, May 26, 2012 (UTC)
